97th Floor has created a very useful Social Media tracking plugin. When installed and running it will show you how many votes the same story has on the other social sites such as Digg, Reddit, StumbleUpon etc.

    I have had the tool since it was released and my social profiles are doing great thanks to the tool. It’s very useful.
